    Collaboration? // New Film Project Created 09/17/03 + 01/06/04
If you were of a mind, and visited
    my page univoltaire.cjb.net (or alt.)
    nyc.scrpterz.org you
would find an indefilm project, in
    the early stages of development,
    called Chad Deleroix's Act.

This is a very complicated (I see now)
    surrealist metaphysical psychological
thriller (we hope). Please read all 4
finished parts before you decide to
respond. Clearly, you needn't do that
all at once. In any case, I appreciate
    your potential interest.

To be clear -- I am thinking of one
or more partners with some, none, or
much experience as a scenarist. I do
    expect, regardless of naysayers and
other ______, this project to reach
    fruition; especially as digital and
    other filmmaking technologies extrap-
    olate, protract, and otherwise hyper-
    develop.

There are other stories and poems at
my site. I have experience as a finder
of investment monies, as you may note
on my resume, at the site.

An easy way to find Chad Deleroix's
Act, if you have trouble -- my Web
    presence is intentionally convoluted
    and labarinthine like a department
store -- except no fire confusion
death risk at a Web page -- is to
enter: "Chad Deleroix's Act" at Google
and press Enter. It will pop up multiform.

    Thanks!

I am an independent filmmaker. I fail to see how
these comments are in any way ameliorative to
the problems already tantamount to independents
and obtaining in the dynamic nexus of casting. Why
not simply subscribe to Playboy, if you "dig it so

     These are serious artists and guildspersons, here;

Nino is too blinded by his own bloviation to notice that
Americans are not as censorious as he is. They like the

Thomas has a white wife. Newt Gingrich can leave two wives
for younger women and Bill (Virtues) Bennett can blow $8

  ments.

Your site was happened upon quite
  accidentally through the Lycos, Carnegie

Would there be a possibility of working
with you on setting up auditions? -- but
at first blush, please could you consider
helping us by sending a catalogue-type

All text is or is not or may partially be, or not quite, ratiocinative communication failings of Wallace Darwen Brindle; aka: Rod Usher (prof. stage name); aka: CabVolt/CabVoltaire/CabVoltus (Web name); nor of those names other secretive and dishonest people call me.

    After Joyce, After...

I dreamt that I dwelt in marble halls
With vassals and serfs at my side
And of all who assembled within those walls
That I was the hope and the pride.

I had riches too great to count, could boast
        Of a high ancestral name,
But I also dreamt, which pleased me most,
That you loved me still the same.

    Cut to the drama:
So when rappers and Moore ca'tween Parrish's door,
        Columned 6-4-3 No's Redna Street,
Their hands reached 'gain to your mind's 3rd floor
With a ballroom -- not Beale -- underfeet,
    "Hoochie Mama,"
    So what's the probba?

"How many mo'years have I got to let you dog me around?"
This be (bluff cities' elite) behavior discreet?
And a boquet of loonies to boot...
    Your Orwellian 'creptitudes hardly have rectitude;
        Hearts from The Fly: Vin. Price treat;
Georgias'* "peaches" who belong in a pound.
One hand claps back with no sound
'Tis schizophrenia that is really the hoot.

                        Thank you and Goodnight Everybody!

         TÚRIN SON OF HÚRIN
      &
         GLÓRUND THE DRAGON

Lo! the golden dragon      of the God of Hell,
the gloom of the woods       of the world now gone,
The woes of Men,       and weeping of Elves
         fading faintly       down forest pathways,
is now to tell,       and the name most tearful                                         5
of Níniel the sorrowful,       and the name most sad
of Thalion's son Túrin       o'erthrown by fate.

Lo!  Húrin Thalion       in the hosts of war
was whelmed, what time       the white-clad armies
of Elfinesse       were all to ruin                                                               10
by the dread hate driven       of Delu-Morgoth.
That field is yet       by the folk naméd
         Nínin Unothradin,       Unnumbered Tears.
There the children of Men,       cheiftain and warrior,
fled and fought not,       but the folk of the Elves                                15
they betrayed with treason,       save that true man only,
Thalion Erithámrod       and his thanes like gods.
There in host on host       the hill-fiend Orcs
overbore him at last       in that battle terrible,
by the bidding of the Bauglir       bound him living,                          20
and pulled down the proudest       of the princes of Men.
To Bauglir's halls       in the hills builded,
to the Hells of Iron       and the hidden caverns
they haled the hero       of Hithlum's land,
Thalion Erithámrod,       to their thronéd lord,                                   25
whose breast was burnt       with a bitter hatred,
and wroth he was       that the wrack of war
had not taken Turgon       ten times a king,
even Finweg's heir;          nor Fëanor's children,
makers of the magic       and immortal gems.                                       30
For Turgon towering       in terrible anger
a pathway clove him       with his pale sword-blade
out of that slaughter --        yea, his swath was plain
through the hosts of Hell       like hay that lieth
all low on the sea       where the long scythe goes.                              35
A countless company       that king did lead
through the darkened dales       and drear mountains
out of ken of his foes,       and he comes not more
in the tale; but the triumph       he turned to doubt
of Morgoth the evil,       whom mad wrath  took.                                40
Nor spies sped him,       nor spirits of evil,
nor his wealth of wisdom        to win him tidings,
whither the nation       of the Gnomes was gone.
Now a thought of malice,       when Thalion stood,
bound, unbending,       in his black dungeon,                                      45
then moved in his mind       that remembered well
how Men were accounted       all mightless and frail
by the Elves and their kindred;       how only treason
could master the magic       whose mazes wrapped
the children of Corthûn,       and cheated his purpose.                     50

'Is it dauntless Hurin,'       quoth Delu-Morgoth,
'stout steel-handed,       who stands before me,
a captive living       as a coward might be?
Knowest thou my name,       or need'st be told
what hope he has       who is haled to Angband --                              55
the bale most bitter, the Balrog's torment?'
